     Working on balance, reduced weight, and productivity issues for cast steel railroad wheels.  Increased first time balance rate from 25% to more than 65%.

  Performed internal audit.  Updated and revised quality system to remain compliant.  Plant received NAPM certification.

Quality Management System - ISO 9000
  Reviewed systems and processes for a small rubber manufacturer.  Wrote QA Manual, Procedures, Work Instructions based on ISO 9000 - 2000.  Provided data collection and data analysis to reduce costs.
